PYSA_PS_LEV_001 - Define Special Limits on Absence Quota Generation

In this Customizing activity, you set special limits on absence quota types. When the corresponding absence quotas are generated in the Time Management, the system also takes these special limits into consideration.

You can define the following special limits:

• Gender or nationality of employees who are entitled to a specific absence quota type

• Upper limit on duration of a specific absence quota type

• You have defines the absence quota types in Customizing for Time Management, under Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Time Quota Types -> Define Absence Quota Types.

• You have made settings related to absence quota entitlement in Customizing for Time Management, under Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Calculating Absence Entitlements -> Rules for Generating Absence Quotas -> Define Generation Rules for Quota Type Selection.
