PYSA_PS_PA001 - Define Categories of Personnel Actions

In this Customizing activity, you group similar personnel actions into action categories. By doing so, when users execute these grouped actions, the system performs verifications based on the action category.
You have defined action types in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Personnel Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Actions -> Set Up Personnel Actions.
- Define action categories.
- In each action category, select relevant personnel actions, and specify the valid period
When the user executes one of the actions in the category REHI(for rehiring), the system checks the employee's previous termination reason, and checks if the employee is still in the rehiring-locking period.
