PYSA_PS_PEN_004 - Determine Pension Eligibility and Amount Calculation

In this Customizing activity, you use the return value of the feature SAPSU to determine the eligibility for receiving pension, and how to calculate amount of pension and the retirement bonus for employees who are not eligible.

The return value is in the format XXX/YYY/ZZZ. The use of each string is as follows:

• XXX: Determine the eligibility criteria for receiving pension

• YYY: Determine the formula for calculating pension amount

• ZZZ: Determine the formula for calculating the retirement bonus if employees are not eligible

You have determined the retirement age for pension in the feature SARAU.

Only standard values defined for the civilian and military sectors can be used to form the return value. For more information, see Determine Pension Eligibility and Amount Calculation (KSA PS)(SAPSU) feature.
