PYSA_PS_PF_1 - Define Mutually Exclusive Actions

In this customizing activity, you set up mutually exclusive actions for processes and forms. For example, you can mutually exclude the mandate and secondment processes. To do this, you would set up the mandate action so that when an employee is mandated, the scholarship action and its associated process cannot be used for the employee.

Ensure that the back-end service S_PA_ACTIONS_VALIDATIONS is used for the process that you want to exclude other processes from. For instance, in the example above, you ensure that the back-end service S_PA_ACTIONS_VALIDATIONS is used for the mandate process. You can check whether the back-end service is used for particular processes by executing the HRASR_DT transaction.
