PYSA_PS_PF_2 - Define Minimum Service Duration Required for Actions

In this customizing activity, you define the minimum service duration that is required before a particular action can be used by an employee for process and form purposes. For example, if you want to ensure that no employee can participate in the scholarship action, as triggered by the scholarship process, before the completion of two years of service, you make the appropriate setting in this view.

Ensure that the back-end service S_PA_ACTIONS_VALIDATIONS is used for the process in question. For instance, in the example above, you ensure that the back-end service S_PA_ACTIONS_VALIDATIONS is used for the scholarship process. You can check whether the back-end service is used for particular processes by executing the HRASR_DT transaction.
