In this Customizing activity, you define which types of trainings or education are work-related for a particular code in the job classification matrix.

The HR administrator records training courses that an employee takes in the Education (0022) infotype. When the employee applies for a job promotion, his or her work-related training or education experience adds points to the total assessment grade. The system uses settings in this table as a filter to find out the work-related records in the infotype 0022.

• Familiarize yourself with the education requirements for each job. You can check the job classification matrix in the public sector in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Public Sector -> Master Data -> Maintain Job Classification Matrix.

• You have maintained available work-related education and trainings in the public sector in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Personnel Administration -> Employee Qualifications -> Education and Training.
