In this Customizing activity, you define the sanction scheme applied in the organization.

When the user specifies a sanction type in a record of the Sanction KSA PS (3329) infotype, the system checks relevant attributes defined in this activity as follows:

  • Check the employee's employment status against setting in the On/Off Dutyfield
  • Check employee's job grade against the applicable job grades

SAP provides the following standard sanction types:

  • 001 Warning
  • 002 Reprimand
  • 003 Salary Deduction
  • 004 Deprived from Periodic Salary Increase
  • 005 Contract Termination
  • 006 Financial Penalty
  • 007 Return to Work Not Allowed
  • 008 Promotion Point Deduction

If the standard sanction types cannot meet requirements in your company, you can define new sanction types. Note the dependencies mentioned in the field helps.
