In this Customizing activity, you assign the appropriate value of the processing class 82 to the wage types that are relevant to payments during a scholarship period.

By doing so, you can determine the payment items in a scholarship period, and how the system processes them during the payroll calculation.

The processing class 82 includes the following specifications:

1 - Wage type is deducted for an internal scholarship

2 - Wage type is deducted for an external scholarship

3 - Wage type is deducted for either internal or external scholarship

4 - Wage type is valuated during a scholarship period, but not prorated in each payroll period

5 - Wage type is valuated during a scholarship period, but prorated as per days in each payroll period
