In this Customizing activity, you use the feature SASSM to determine various restrictions on employees when they apply a secondment job; for example the maximum duration of a secondment period or the eligible job grade and so on.

SAP provides six standard conditions that you can define. For each condition, you specify a number, which can be the number of months or numerical ID of a job grade.

When an employee fills out an online application form for a secondment job by the corresponding Employee Self-Service application, the system reads your settings in this feature to ensure the application is compliant with the regulations in the organization.
