PYSE_F_23ZLD - Set Up Storing of Dates for Overtime/Inconv. Wrk Hrs

In this Customizing activity, you enable the system to record the start and end dates of periods when employees do overtime or work during inconvenient working hours. You can use this data to include the dates of overtime and inconvenient working hours in the remuneration statement as required by the authorities.

To do that, you specify evaluation classes and evaluation class values in the Set Up Storing of Dates for Overtime and Inconvenient Working Hours(23ZLD) feature. During the payroll run the system checks time wage types and creates a date record in the V0 table for those that have the specified evaluation class settings. It also adds V0TYP=A and V0ZNR references to the wage type.

You must make the settings in the Customizing activity Set Up Wage Types to Report Overtime and Inconvenient Wrk Hrs.

Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:
