PYXX_HRPAY00_NT_030 - Define Outsorting of Messages

In this Customizing activity, you can specify which messages should not be written to the central task list as tasks. You can make this setting for:

• Individual messages

• A certain area of messages

• A whole message class

• All messages for a specific program

When saving the messages from the program runs, the system checks the entries in this Customizing view. If the system, for example, finds an entry for a specific message, this message is not transferred to the central task list.

If you do not make any settings in this Customizing activity, no messages are outsorted.

Enter a combination of area (AREA), subarea (SUBAREA), message class (MSGID), message type (MSGTY), lower limit for message numbers (MSGNO_L), upper limit for message numbers (MSGNO_H), and program name (ASPROG).

The Customizing is evaluated hierarchically with the specific fields of the task and the assignment is made to exactly one message (table columns 1-4), one message area (table columns 6-8), and without a message or message area (table columns 9-16).

If the message assigned to the task was not covered by any of the entries maintained in the table, the task is written to the central task list.

Note

If you specify a value for the message number in one of the fields, you must then also make an entry in the field for the message class.

Program name

• For the area Tax, subarea ELSTAM, and message number 728 (ELStAM: Change of Employer Tax Number) of message class HRPAYDEE2 , no entry should be written to the central task list.

For the corresponding HCM localization, create an entry with area ST, subarea ELSTAM, message class HRPAYDEE2, and message number L 728. You do not have to make any entry in the fields Message Type, Message Number H, and Program Name.

• For the area Tax, subarea ELSTAM, and program ELStAM: Request to Clearing House for Confirmations (RPCE2AD0_IN), no tasks should be written to the central task list.

For the corresponding HCM localization, create an entry with area ST, subarea ELSTAM, and program name <LB RPCE2AD0_IN an. You do not have to make any entry in the fields Message Class, Message Type, Message Number L, and Message Number H.

• For the area Tax, subarea ELSTAM, and for all warning message of message class HRPAYDEE2 with a message number between 100 and 200, no tasks should be written to the central task list.

For the corresponding HCM localization, create an entry with area ST, subarea ELSTAM, message class HRPAYDEE2, message type W, message number L 100, and message number H 200. You do not have to make any entry in field Program Name. 100 is the lower limit (L = Low) and 200 (H = High) is the upper limit of the interval. The messages 100 and 200 are not transferred to the central task list with this entry either.
