PY_99S_V5F99MSGMAP01 - Check Triggering Context and Define Mapping Rules

In this customizing activity, you make settings for the mapping rules you want to apply to messages. You have the following options:

• Hide Message

OR

• Replace message with an alternate message.

Note that the checkbox Message Transformation Activated Message Mapping active enables you to activate or deactivate mapping rules.

First, enter the country grouping and the sub-application. Then, make settings for the mapping rules you want to apply to messages:

• Specify the message

• Specify the processing Mode or leave it empty

• Specify the agent roles or leave it empty.

• Specify the client control, for example, production, test or leave it empty

• Specify a triggering context or leave it empty

• Grouping Key from Feature HRMMT or leave it empty

• Then, decide to hide messages,

OR

• Replace messages with alternate messages in the log.

• To define alternate messages, you must enter a Message ID, Message Type and Message Number.

• Finally, activate your mapping rule. You can also save the settings in a deactivated rule that you activate later.
