PY_AEVC_T7AEPBSCTYPE - Define Promotion Types

1. In the Define Promotion Typesview, you set up the types of promotion used in the organization, for example, "Career Promotion", "Financial Promotion", "Exceptional Promotion", and so forth.
2. In the Assign Promotion Types to Promotion Rules view, you assign promotion rules to promotion types. For example, the rule " "Promote Job Class Group 'Engineers' to the next career level" is mapped to run for promotion type "Financial Promotion" for Job Class Group Engineers.

This step is relevant only for public sector organizations that use a job classification matrix.
