In this Customizing activity, you define the allowance eligibility groups based on job specialty.

In the public sector, an allowance or a benefit is applicable only to certain groups of employees. For example, the school administration allowance applies only to headmasters who are UAE nationals.

You can specify the eligible allowances in the description of a job-based eligibility group.

In the follow-up activity, the job-based eligibility group is one of the criteria that is used to form a common eligibility checking rule.
