PY_AE_SANC_OVIEW - Retroactive Payroll for Sanction

In some situations, HR may want to reimburse a sanction deduction that was taken during a previous payroll period. Similarly, in some cases HR may want to retroactively deduct an amount from a previous payroll period.

To enable retroactive payroll for sanction, you need to make the following settings in the infotype attributes of infotype 0860:

1. In the Retroactive accounting trigger groupbox, you maintain value T the Retroactive accounting relevance for payroll field.
2. In view V_T588G, complete these steps:

• Add a new line, and, in the Infotypecolumn, enter 0860.

• In the Table column, enter P0860.

• In the Field column, enter STATU.

• In the Retroactive Accounting Category column, enter a value of 1.
