PY_CA_YENFF - Enable the PDF printing for Year End forms - YENFF option

In this Customizing activity, you define if you want to enable the system to print the Year End related forms in PDF, using Adobe Forms into only one single document.

By enabling this option, the Generate Single Documentcheckbox will be available on the selection screen of the Year End reporting, Canada(RPCYERK0) report. If you do not activate this configuration option, this field will not be displayed.

Note: If you activate this configuration option and choose to not select the Generate Single Document filed, the system will print each forms as a different PDF document in the generated spool.

You must have installed and configured the Adobe Document services (ADS) in your system.

For reporting of year 2018 or previous years, the use of the YENFF is deactivated.

For reporting as of year 2019, the use of the YENFF is activated.

Execute this Customizing activity and define the value of the YENFFconfiguration option by making the corresponding entry in table view Customer Values for Configuration Options(V_T5F99K2) according to the needs of your company. The possible values are as follows:

• 'Yes': Use New Form Output Framework

• 'No': Do Not Use New Form Output Framework

Note: When using this configuration option, it is also recommended to maintain the Define maximum number of PDF pages per document Customizing activity. By keeping a value in this constant, the system reads its value, and print the number of PDF forms into one single document based on the value you have defined.

If this constant is greater than 0.00 and the Generate Single Document checkbox is selected, the system will generate a new PDF document once it reaches the number of pages informed in the constant. If the value of the constant is 0.00, the Generate Single Documentcheckbox has no effect and the system will always generate a single PDF document per form. The default value for the constant is 1000.00 and you must adjust it, according to the capabilities of your ADS server.
