Assigning Cumulation Wage Types for the Equal Pay Analysis
You use the Customizing settings in the following activities to prepare the equal pay analysis between men and women (RPLLOGC0).
In this Customizing activity, you define which wage types are selected for the equal pay analysis between men and women (RPLLOGC0). You assign wage types to a cumulation wage type for this purpose.
Use the following work area:
- Country grouping: 02
- Subapplication: LOG1
The cumulation wage types have the following significance:
- SL_H: Number of hours (P02_LOGIB_WORKINGHOURS)
- BW_1 and BW_2: Basic pay (P02_LOGIB_GRUNDLOHN)
- AL_1: Allowances (P02_LOGIB_ALLOWANCES)
- SP_1: Special payment (P02_LOGIB_SPECIAL_PAYMENTS)
- 13ML: 13th month’s wage (P02_LOGIB_13MONTHWAGE)
In the standard SAP system, correct technical wage types and example model wage types are assigned to the cumulation wage types.
Compare this view (V_T596J) with client 000, and replace the model wage types with the corresponding customer wage types.
