PY_CH_RPUELMC_TCI - Import Transmitter Certificate

You use this Customizing activity to import the transmitter certificates into your WS-Security identities.

You have performed the activities Create WS-Security Identities and Edit B2A Constants.

1. In the first step of the activity, use transaction STRUST to check whether the required certificates have been installed. If the certificate for an identity has not been imported successfully, an "X" symbol with the quick info text "PSE missing from database" appears before the identity.
2. In the second step of the activity, call the utility program ELM 4.0: Create Transmitter Certificate (RPUELMC_TRANS_CERT_INSTALL).
1. Under Product, select the SAP product you use.
2. Under WS-Security identity, use the input help to select the identity that matches the product.
   
   Note: To facilitate the assignment to the product, you can define that the key is also displayed in the input help for selecting the product. To do so, on the entry screen of the program, choose the Modify Local Layout (Alt +F12) function key and then choose Options -> Interaction Design -> Visualization1. In the Controls area, select the two checkboxes Display Key in Dropdown Lists and Sort by Key in Dropdown Lists for more effective keyboard input.
3. Choose the Execute icon.
   
   The Import Transmitter Certificate program then imports the corresponding transmitter certificate into the WS-Security identity.
4. If you use more than one product, repeat these steps for all relevant products.
5. If you have started the utility program for the incorrect product by mistake, you first need to delete the WS-Security identity and then create it again (see Creating WS-Security Identities) before you run the utility program again.
