This section shows the payroll functions, characteristics and tables used in the DSN for the Payroll section.

Payroll Results Tables

  • FPERS: Individual
    This supplies a part of blocks 30 - Individual and 31 - Changes to Individual
  • CTT: Contract
    This supplies a part of blocks 40 - Contract and 41 - Changes to Contract
Note
The rupture of block 41 is based on the CTT table, which stores the changes at contract level (WPBP or other).
  • Group CT1: lets you create a Contract grouping and the link in the REM table

  • Group CT2: lets you create a grouping on the same block 40 in the event of a split (WPBP or other)

  • PAYM: Payments
    Lets you supply block 50 - Individual Payment
    Stores the following information:
  • PAYMA Individual Net Amount Paid

  • PAYMR: Individual Fiscal Net Remuneration
    Lets you supply block 50 - Individual Payment
    Stores the following information:
  • PAYMA Individual Net Amount Paid

  • PAYMR Individual Fiscal Net Remuneration

  • REM: Remunerations
    Lets you supply blocks 51 - Remuneration, 52 - Bonus, Gratuity and Indemnity, and 54 - Other Element of Gross Income
    Stores the following information:
  • REMUA Remuneration Amount

  • REMUH Remuneration Number of Hours

  • PRIMA Bonus Amount

  • AERBA Income Other Amount

Note on REM
The rupture of block 51 is based on the WPBP split.
Link with the CTT and PAYM tables via the:
  • Contract Grouping (Group CT1)

  • Payment Grouping (Group PAYM1)

  • Remuneration Grouping, Elementary Remuneration Period (WPBP)

  • ACTI: Activity
    Lets you supply block 53 - Activity
    Stores the ACTIM Activity action information
    Link with the REM table via the Remuneration grouping (Group REMU1)

Payroll Functions

These tables are supplied by the payroll functions called in the French payroll schema in the following sequence:

  • FPERS must only be called once at the start of the schema (in the standard system, this call is made in the FIB0 subschema).
  • FCTmust also be called only once, after the FPERS function but before any other DSN payroll function.
  • FREMmust only be called after the FPERS/FCT functions; this payroll function may be called several times.
  • FACTImust be called after a call to the FREM function, initializing entries with the legal type 002 in the REM table; this payroll function may be called several times.
  • FPAYMmust be called only once, and after the FCT function; this call is forecast at the end of the schema in the part End-of-Payroll Processing (subschema FTP0).
