PY_FR_DSN_TPT - Therapeutic part time: Presentation

As of phase 3 of the monthly DSN, the following should be declared:

1. the planned Therapeutic Part Time (TPT) period in a block 60
2. the salary loss on a monthly basis, during the TPT period in a block 66. Block 66 is a child block of block 60.

Several non-productive time reasons are used to define the planned TPT period in block 60:

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of disease),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of occupational injuries),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of commuting accident),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of occupational disease),

• Cancellation to cancel a TPT period mistakenly declared in a previous monthly DSN.

Note

There is no event-based DSN for declaring Therapeutic Part Time.

To supply fields S21.G00.60.002 (Date of Last Day Worked) and S21.G00.60.003 (Planned End Date), you must determine the TPT period. The following options are possible:

• Define the TPT period by personnel action

• Define the TPT period by absence category

• For these two options, you define the type of TPT as soon as it starts. If you do not specify any, it is the Therapeutic part-time (risk of disease)which is transferred by default in block 60.

The planned TPT period is evaluated in payroll using the FTHER payroll function and saved in the AB_FR payroll results table. See also SAP Note 2321831, which introduces the THERA table in the payroll results.

• Define loss of earnings.
