PY_FR_DSN_TPT_T5F30 - Define TPT period by personnel action

In this customizing activity you define the Therapeutic Part Time period (TPT) by using actions: one measure to define the TPT start, and one to define it's end.

Note:

Using two actions to limit the TPT means that the manager can introduce actions between the TPT start and end dates in order to take into account events at employee file level, for example a pay rise action.

Absence Types qualified as TPTs generate blocks 60 and 66 in the DSN. Codes associated to the Type of Therapeutic part-time corresponding to the same codes in the Reason for shutdown column in DSN for block 60.

For the administrative measure to reflect the TPT, check the Therapeutic part-time start time box, then indicate the type in the Therapy time type column:

• Therapeutic part-time (sick leave),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of occupational injuries),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of commuting accident),

• Therapeutic part-time (risk of occupational disease),

Note:

If you do not specify the TPT type at the start of the administrative measure, block 60 raises the default value Therapeutic part-time (risk of disease).
