Use the Management of other recovery numbers (Pôle emploi) view (VT5F1P_NUMFRAC) to manage the recovery numbers of expatriates or intermittents in the show within the same SIRET.

Settings for the VT5F1P_NUMFRAC view allows the blocks 20 associated with each population type to be traced back to DSN.

In addition to the regular employee population, you have the following situations:

  • Expatriate or intermittent entertainment workers;
  • Intermittents from the show recorded under different productions, each with their own recovery file number.

The regular population is the population covering employees who are neither expatriates nor intermittent entertainment.

Expatriate and/or intermittent entertainment populations have their own recovery file number that you associate with the corresponding fractions.

Note:
Refer to the document attached to SAP Note 3050022 for more information.

You have the recovery file numbers corresponding to each population involved.

  • For each recovery file, define the associated validity periods. If a file's situation changes, delimit the old entry and create a new one with its own validity period.
  • The validity period applies for an entire month, you cannot change it if it changes during the month, for example, on September 15th.
  • If you have a mixed population in your SIRET, including a regular population, expatriates, and intermittents (see example 2):
  • You can declare the regular populations and expatriates in the same fraction. In this case, you check the Incl. PN(Inclusion in regular population). This indicator allows the expatriate population to be associated with the regular population;

  • You declare the intermittent population in its own entry, without checking the Incl. PN.

  • If you wish to include the regular population and the expatriate population within the same fraction:
  1. Enter nothing in the regular population view;
  2. Maintain an entry for the expatriate population;
  3. Fill in the recovery file number for the expatriate population;
  4. Check the Incl. PN.
Note:
Maintain the fraction corresponding to the regular population without associating it with a recovery file number if you wish to declare the regular population in its own fraction and outside the fraction dedicated to the expatriate population.

Example 1: Regular and expatriate populations.

  • In this management scenario, you have several recovery file numbers from Pôle emploi for the same establishment (SIRET).

  • In addition to a normal population, you have an expatriate population.

In this situation only, you do not need to use this activity: the administration authorizes the declaration of the expatriate population under the same block 20 in DSN.

Example 2: Regular, expatriate and intermittent populations.

  • In this management scenario, you have several recovery file numbers from Pôle emploi for the same establishment (SIRET).

  • In addition to a regular population, you have an expatriate population declared in the fraction corresponding to the regular population.

  • You also have a population of intermittent entertainment workers declared under their own recovery file number, for a defined period of two months.

Fill in the view as follows:

SIRET Number Start Date End Date File number File number description Incl. PN
37982199400175 001 05.01.2020 31.12.9999 12 EX75001 Fraction 1/2, expatriate + regular population checked
37982199400175 002 05.01.2020 30.06.2020 22 CS75001 Fraction 2/2, intermittent population unchecked

Example 3: Intermittent populations assigned to different productions.

  • In this management scenario, you have several recovery file numbers from Pôle emploi for the same establishment (SIRET).

  • You also have a population of intermittent entertainment workers declared under their own recovery file number, for a defined period of two months.

  • You have another population of intermittents, assigned to another production, with a period of 6 months.

  • In this example, the numbers of recovery files for intermittent populations are distinguished by the addition of a letter at the end of the numerical sequence, A and B: CS75001A and CS75001B.

Fill in the view as follows:

SIRET Number Start Date End Date File number File number description Incl. PN
37982199400175 001 05.01.2020 31.12.9999 13   Fraction 1/3, regular population unchecked
37982199400175 002 05.01.2020 30.06.2020 23 CS75001A Fraction 2/3, intermittent population A unchecked
37982199400175 003 05.01.2020 31.10.2020 33 CS75001B Fraction 3/3, intermittent population B unchecked
