PY_GB_APPLEVY_002 - Distribute Levy Allowance to Tax References

In this Customizing activity, you distribute the amount of apprenticeship levy allowance between tax references within an employer group. These values are fixed for the whole tax year and cannot be changed during the tax year.

Enter the employer group and its tax references and assign the respective amounts of apprenticeship levy allowance to each tax reference for a given tax year.

The amount of apprenticeship levy allowance that you can use for a given employer group in a tax year is defined in the APALL Apprentice Levy Allowance constant (15.000 for the tax year starting from 06.04.2017). Thus, the total amount of allowance that you distribute between the different tax references within an employer group cannot exceed this amount.
