PY_GB_NFI_03 - Specify Name of Unique Property Reference Number Field

In this Customizing activity, you can specify the name of the field on the personnel administration infotype that you use to store the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) for National Fraud Initiative (NFI) reporting in the Public Sector.

You can use this Customizing activity to specify the field name only if the UPRN number is stored on a personnel administration infotype and the field name can be summarized in the format "NNNN-ZZZZZ". "NNNN" is the infotype number, whereas "ZZZZZ" stands for the field name.

However, if the data is not stored on a personnel administration infotype or the field name is longer than 5 characters, you must use the NFI Business Add-In (BAdI) to read the field. For more information, see BAdI: HRGB: User Exit for NFI.

The National Fraud Initiative (RPLNFIG0) report uses the HRGPBS_READ_INFOTYPE_FIELD function module to read the field that you specify here. For more information about the report, see National Fraud Initiative.
