PY_GB_SWF_24 - Define Screen Control in IT3216
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header dataThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you maintain screen control for SWF Contract Details (3216) .
Please take note that:
- You need to decide whether you will record Hours against the employee's Postor their Roles.
- If it is against their Post, then the data is derived as follows;
- ,,Actual Hours ,,,,Planned Working Time infotype (0007) field Weekly Working Hours (WOSTD)
- ,,FTE Hours ,,,,Standard Working Hours (T510I-TRWAS)
- ,,Weeks Per Annum,,52 (or Term Time Only Weeks Worked)
- If it is against their Roles, then the data is read from the SWF Contract Details (3216) and in this activity you can decide how many of the 5 sets of hours data against a role are available to the users, by hiding the fields that you don't want them to have access to.
- ,,To make only 4 sets available you should hide set "5".
- ,,To make only 3 sets available you should hide set "5" & "4".
- ,,To make only 2 sets available you should hide set "5" & "4" & "3".
- ,,To make only 1 sets available you should hide set "5" & "4" & "3" & "2".
- Contract Start/End Dateare optional fields and they are defaulted as hidden fields. If the fields are changed to "Standard" and filled, then they will have priority over the Validity Period of the SWF Contract Details infotype (3216) fields (i.e. BEGDA/ENDDA) of the record being edited. These fields are necessaryif a record is delimited and this action causes a record to become shorter than the mininum contract length (i.e. 28 days), when in reality the contract has not been shortened. In these cases, Contract Start/End Datecan be set to the original start and end dates of the contract and the Validity Period of the SWF Contract Details infotype (3216) (i.e. BEGDA/ENDDA) will be ignored.
- Pay Review Dateis only applicable for teachers
- Pay Framework is only applicable for Leadership teachers, and this is automatically set to hidden/visible according to the selected value for the Post.
