PY_GB_SWF_27 - Define Unique LEA Number/Area Code

In this optional Customizing activity, you define a unique Local Education Authority Number (LEA number) for all employees that are processed in the Schools Workforce (SWF) Census (RPUSWFG1).

To do this, you enter the unique Local Education Authority Number (LEA number) in the format of a three-digit number (NNN).

The Schools Workforce (SWF) Census supports the following options:

You only have one LEA number that you are responsible for. In this case, you make settings in this Customizing activity.

You have several LEA numbers that you are responsible for. In this case, you make settings in the Customizing activity.

In the standard system, the unique Local Education Authority Number (LEA number) is delivered as "blank".

Execute this Customizing activity and enter the unique Local Education Authority Number (LEA number) for all employees.

Note

This setting updates the System Constants (T5GPBS_ALL) table, where the entry has the following keys:

SWF LEA 01.01.1800 31.12.9999.

If this entry does not exist in your customising client, you need to move it from client 000 to your customising client. You can do that using table comparison between client 000 to your customising client.
