PY_GB_SWF_32 - Define Hours as being held against Post

In this Customizing activity, you define whether you will record Hours against the employee's Post or their Roles.

If it is against their Post, then the data is derived as follows;

,,Actual Hours ,,,,Planned Working Time infotype (0007) field Weekly Working Hours (WOSTD)

,,FTE Hours ,,,,Standard Working Hours (T510I-TRWAS)

,,Weeks Per Annum,,52 (or Term Time Only Weeks Worked)

If it is against their Roles, then the data is read from the SWF Contract Details (3216).

The entry is delivered empty, meaning that "Hours" will be defined against their Roles and so the data will be read from the SWF Contract Details (3216).

Enter an "X" in the entry if you wish to record Hours against the employee's Post. This decision would be slightly unusual as this would limit you to a single set of "Hours", whereas recordi ng Hours against the employee's Roles means the would be up to five sets of "Hours".
