PY_GB_TPMDC_009 - Define Establishment Number

In this Customizing activity, you define an employee's Establishment Number (School Number) that is to be processed in the Teachers' Pension Monthly Data Collection (TP MDC) solution. This is required during the processing of the GBTMD (Teachers' Pension: Monthly Data Collection (MDC)) payroll function, the Teachers' Pension: Monthly Data Collection (RPUTPSG0_MDC) report, and the Teachers' Pension: Monthly Data Collection (RPUTPSG0_MDC_PRESELECTION) report.

To do this, you edit the Establishment Number feature (08TSN) in the system.

The TP MDC solution supports the following options:

• You can define the relevant establishment number for every employee using the Establishment Number feature (08TSN). In this case, you make settings in thisCustomizing activity.

• You cannot define the relevant establishment number for every employee using the Establishment Number feature (08TSN) and instead you need to define an employee's establishment number by customer-specific rules. In this case, you make settings in the BAdI: Teachers' Pensions Monthly Data Collection Business Add-In. (BAdI HR_GB_TPMDC_BADI, method GET_ESTB)

In the standard system, the Establishment Number feature (08TSN) return value is delivered as "blank".

Execute this Customizing activity and set the return value for the Establishment Number feature (08TSN) to the correct establishment number for any groups of employees that are subject to TP MDC.
