In this Customizing activity, you define your own social insurance fund (IKA) offices.

Each employee is assigned to a specific department IKA in the Social Insurance Greece (IT3220) infotype and, at the same time, each departement IKA belongs to a specific IKA office. You need this information for reporting purposes.

The standard system comes with a template IKA office.

We recommend that you copy this template IKA office and adapt the copy to your own needs.

1. Copy the template IKA office.
2. Enter a code and a description for the IKA office.
3. Save your entries
