In this Customizing activity, you define your own social insurance branches.

Social insurance branches allow you to use different calculation rules for the social insurance contributions within a social insurance fund and depending on the employee's type of insurance.

When you define your social insurance branches, you also specify which months are taken into account in the contributions' calculation for both employees and employer.

The standard system delivers a number of social insurance branches as template.

We recommend that you copy the template of the branches you need and adapt the copies to your own needs.
