PY_IN_CTC_T7INK1 - Define CTC Grouping

In this Customizing activity, you create or define the CTC grouping to categorize the various salary components for employees.
You define the CTC grouping based on the fields of Field String for Feature: Organization for Compensation (PME60) structure.
- MOLGA,,Country Grouping
- BUKRS,,Company Code
- WERKS,,Personnel Area
- PERSG,,Employee Group
- PERSK,,Employee Subgroup
- BTRTL,,Personnel Subarea
- ABKRS,,Payroll Area
- ORGEH,,Organizational Unit
The CTC Report (HINCCTC0) groups the employees for whom the method of computation for salary components are similar, into the relevant CTC grouping that you define here.
- Select New Entries.
- Specify the CTC grouping. Note that you can enter a 4-character alphanumeric value.
- Specify a description for the CTC grouping.
- Save your entries.
