In this Customizing activity, you maintain the categories that the system must use for grouping the various salary components. For example, regular payments, irregular payments, and derived payments.
Note that to Customize the categories as per your requirements, you must delete the existing entries (if any) and create entries of your own.
- Select New Entries.
- Specify the component category.
- Enter a description for the component category.
- Save your entries.
