This business add-in (BAdI) is used in the Payroll India (PY-IN) component.

You can use this BAdI to change the text of the labels, in the Evidence/Particulars column of the Form 12BB.

The BAdI uses the IF_EX_HR_IN_F12BB_CUST_TXT_EVD interface to do the same.

The BAdI has the following method:

GET_CUSTOM_TEXTS_LTA: Using this BAdI, you can implement this method to customize the text of the fields of the LTA section in the ‘Evidence/Particulars’ of Form 12BB. The Form 12BB projects the LTA details such as – ‘Journey Start Date’, ‘Journey End Date’, ‘Journey Start point’, ‘Destination’, ‘Mode of travel’, ‘Class of Travel’, ‘Ticket Numbers’. These names can be customized using this method. Each customized text can have a limit of 40 characters. The method has the following parameters:

  • Importing Parameters
  • P0582 - Tax Exemption Infotype – 0582

  • Changing Parameters
  • JBGDT – Customized text to change ‘Journey Start Date’

  • JENDT – Customized text to change ‘Journey End Date’

  • STPNT – Customized text to change ‘Journey Start point’

  • DESTN – Customized text to change ‘Journey Destination’

  • MTRVL – Customized text to change ‘Mode of travel’

  • CTRVL – Customized text to change ‘Class of Travel’

  • TKTNO – Customized text to change ‘Ticket Numbers’
