This Business-Add In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll India (PY-IN) component. You use this BAdI to perform the following:

  • Modify the subject and the body of the standard Form 16 e-mail, which you send out to the employees
  • Attach a file with the e-mail

The BAdI uses the IF_EX_HR_IN_F16_MAIL interface to do the same.

The BAdI has the following methods:

  • SET_EMAIL_TEXT - Modifies the subject and the body of the Form-16 e-mail. This method has the following parameters:
  • Import

  • Export

,,,, - EMAIL_BODY

  • Changing

,, ,, - EMAIL_SUBJECT

  • ADD_ATTACHMENT - Attaches a file along with the e-mail. This method has the following parameters:
