PY_IN_MUL_001 - Maintain Dual Language Mapping Fields

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the details that the system must use while mapping the source fields to the target fields for a specified database table during dual language handling.

1. Select New Entries
2. Specify Source Database Table
3. Specify Source Database Field
4. Specify Language

Note: It indicates the language in which you want the system to maintain the data in, during dual language handling.

2. Specify Target Database Field
3. Save your entries.

PA0002	VORNA	HI	PA0002	ZZVORNA_HI
PA0002	NACHN	HI	PA0002	ZZVNACHN_HI

In this case, this field will contain the value PA0002, indicating that this is the database table that the system must use as source for dual language handling. The field VORNA contains the First Name and the field NACHN contains the Last Name. ZZVORNA_HIis the customer specific field, which corresponds to the standard field VORNA. ZZNACHN_HIis the customer specific field, which corresponds to the standard field NACHN. HIIndicates the language in which you want the system to maintain the data.

Similarly, you can extend this customizing table for all other infotypes and for different logon languages as shown below.
