PY_KW_SETTLE_001 - Define Employee Groups for Settlement

In this Customizing activity, you define the employee groups for leaving settlement. The employees in the same group are granted the same settlement package. Therefore, the settlement items calculated when they are leaving are the same.

1. Define Settlement Group IDs: You give each group a numerical ID.
2. Assign Group ID to Employees

You use the feature LIQEE to group employees together. You use the fields in the structure PKWLQ as the decision factors to define employee groups, and assign a group ID defined in the first step as the return value.
