In this Customizing activity, you define the leaving settlement packages. Each package includes all types of settlements that will be calculated when an employee leaves the company.

In the system, each settlement payment item is represented by a technical wage type. In the follow-up activity Assign Wage Types to Settlement Packages, you group the relevant wage types in a settlement package.
