In this Customizing activity, you use the return value of the Determine Calculation Details for Leave Provision (KWVPR) feature to determine how the leaves provision is calculated, accumulated and deducted during the payroll runs.

The return value of this feature is a string in the format of nn/X/mm/ddY1(or Y0)/T, in which:

  • nn/X determines the relevant absence quota and the calculation base of leaves provision
  • mm/ddY1(or Y0) determines the allocation and deduction period of the specified absence quota
  • T detemines the cumulation period of the specified absence quota
