In this Customizing activity, you determine the order in which reports read the data that is stored in the subtypes of the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype.

Based on the subtype priority that you set in this activity, the system reads the corresponding data that is stored in the infotype starting with the subtypes with the highest priority.

Each document type can be relevant for one or more subtypes in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype.

You have entered the required groups of objects in the Specify Document Groups Customizing activity.

The standard system contains the most commonly used document groups that you use for the subtypes in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype.

1. For each group of documents you specify the subtypes from which you want reports to read data
2. Establish the order in which the system reads the subtypes you have entered

You want the report for Form 210 or Individual income and social tax declaration (Form 200) to read the data that is related to a document that confirms a non-resident status. You store this data in your own subtype in the Documents and Certificates infotype.

You assign the subtype to the document group ND.

If you store this data in several subtypes, you can enter all relevant subtypes in this Customizing activity. You enter the subtype you want the system to use first with the lowest number in the Priority field.
