In this customizing activity, you set the valuation basis for additional payments to the average salary when an employee is transferred.

Note
The transfer is taken by the employer.

You must set for the relevant wage types in the valuation basis (VALBS0 )the valuation basis ZZ with the following statement wage type:

  • /004 (Valuation Basis 4) for day-based calculation payments
  • /002 (Valuation Basis 2) for hourly-based calculation payments

It allows you to determine the amount (using the comparison ot rates) of the necessary additional payment for the concrete workplace assignment.
