PY_NPO_PF_HR_001 - Maintain Details for Marital Status Mapping

Purpose
This report reads the details of the staff members belonging to the various agencies or organizations of the United Nations, and sends the same to the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) Common HR Interface. The UNJSPF Common HR Interface uses this human resources data to evaluate the pension details of all the eligible staff members.
Note that this report reads these details from Master Data and sends the same to the following entities in the UNJSPF Common HR Interface, in the requested format:
- Staff Member
- Language Allowance
- Part Time
- Duty Station
- Salary
- Contract
- Separation
- Secondment
- Dependants
- Child
- Leave without Pay
- Address
- Phone
Integration
Prerequisites
- You must have mandatorily maintained the details for Staff Member entity in the relevant fields of Personal Data (0002) and NPO Personal Numbers(0964) infotype.
- You must have mandatorily maintained the details for Part Time entity in the relevant fields of Planned Working Time (0007) or Basic Pay(0008) infotype.
- You must have mandatorily maintained the details for Duty Station entity in the relevant fields of Organizational Assignment (0001) or External Organizational Assignment (0395) infotype.
- You must have mandatorily maintained the details for Salary entity in the relevant fields of Basic Pay(0008) infotype.
- You must have mandatorily maintained the details for Contract entity in the relevant fields of Contract Elements(0016) infotype.
- You must have maintained the relevant Customizing under Payroll Non-Profit Organization -> Payroll Master Data-> Pension Fund -> UNJSPF Common HR Interface
Features
Selection
- Selection - Enter the relevant selection criteria.
- Update Options section:
- Execution Data - Based on the date maintained in this field, the system reads the human resources data that is valid on or before the specified date. By default, the system displays the current system date in this field.
- Test Run - Select this option button if you want the report to execute in test mode.
- Submit data to UNJSPF - Select this option button if you want to send the data processed by this report to UNJSPF Common HR Interface.
Standard Variants
Output
This report displays the details of the staff members belonging to the various agencies or organizations of the United Nations on the ALV tree output screen.
You also have the option to select or deselect the details of certain staff members based on your requirements and verify the data for the same. After verifying the data, you can use the Send Message button on the output screen to transmit the data to UNJSPF Common HR Interface.
Once UNJSPF Common HR Interface receives the human resources data, it sends a response stating that the data transmit was successful or not. If the transmitted data contains errors, the UNJSPF Common HR Interface sends a reponse with the relevant error messages. In this case, you must correct the errors and resend the data to UNJSPF.
Activities
- On SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resource-> Payroll-> Non-Profit Organization -> Subsequent Activities -> Reports -> Compliance -> UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmit Staff Member Data .
- The UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmit Staff Member Dataselection screen appears.
- Enter the relevant selection criteria.
- Select Program-> Execute.
- The UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmitted data details output screen appears.
Example
Purpose
This report displays all the reference numbers that the system generates when you send a message using Send Message button on the output screen of UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmit Staff Member Data (HUNAPFI0) to transmit the data to UNJSPF Common HR Interface.
Reference number is a unique id that the system generates for each execution of transmits staff member data report.
This report also provides you with the response from UNJSPF with the pension number and entry to the fund date for all the new employees

You must execute UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmit Staff Member Data (HUNAPFI0) report.

Selection
Select the reference number for which you want to invoke Get Report and choose Get Report push button. In this case, United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) sends a response with the pension number and entry to the fund date for all the new employees. It also verifies the data and sends the details of the data that contains errors.

Example
Purpose
This report tracks the activities at employee level. It displays the data that you have transmitted to United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) and the data received from UNJSPF.

You must execute UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Transmit Staff Member Data (HUNAPFI0) report.

Selection
Enter the relevant selection criteria such as personnel number, company code, personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group and subgroup.

Output
This report displays all the data that you have transmitted to United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) on the ALV tree output screen. It also displays the response received from UNJSPF, if any.
Activities
1. On SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resource → Payroll → Non-Profit Organization → Subsequent Activities → Reports → Compliance → UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Activity Report.
The UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Activity Report selection screen appears.
2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
3. Select Program → Execute.
The UNJSPF Common HR Interface: Activity Report output screen appears.
Example
In this Customizing activity, you map the code for marital status to the relevant United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) text for marital status.
- Select New Entries.
- Maintain Marital Status code, Start Date, End Date and Marital Status text.
- Save your entries.
