In this Customizing activity, you map the indicators and their corresponding wage types to Higher Duty Salary (/3H2) wage type.

  • For mobility, hardship, and non-removal, you map the indicator, MH, and the corresponding wage type to Higher Duty Salary (/3H2) wage type.
  • For dependency allowance, you map the indicator, D1, and the corresponding wage type to Higher Duty Salary (/3H2) wage type.

Based on this, the system calculates the higher duty salary for a staff member as a part of Special Post Allowance.
