PY_NPO_WIGSI_001 - Maintain Attributes for WIGSI

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain the relevant attributes for Within Grade Step Increment (WIGSI) processing.
- WG_NO_LANG : Specify the number of languages that the employee is proficient in to determine the eligibility criteria accelerated increment.
- WG_QUAL_CAT_ID : Specify the object id of the qualification catalog pertaining to the official languages. The system considers the languages maintained in this catalog as the official languages while processing accelerated increment.
- WG_PROF_LEVEL: Specify the rating based on which the system determines the proficiency level of the employee for a specified language. Note that the proficiency levels and the corresponding ID's are maintainted in Scale (VC_T77SK) view cluster.
- WG_SAL_WAGETYPE: Specify the wage type which holds the employee's salary. The system considers this wage type while processing promotions from one grade to another.
- For example, consider that the employee is in level 3 (maximum level) of grade G1. When the employee is promoted to the next grade i.e, level 1 of grade G2 (as 3 is the maximum level in the previous grade), the system reads the value of this wage type and accordingly determines the a wage type that holds a salary in the new level which is more than or equal to the employee's salary in the previous level.
- WG_ACTION_PROMOTION: Specify the action ID and the reason for action related to promotion. Based on the action ID and the reason that you maintain here, the system proposes the level/grade to which the employee is eligible to be promoted. Also, the system considers the wage type that you maintain in WG_SAL_WAGETYPEattribute to determine the relevant salary in the current level and the proposed level for promotion.
