In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Determine employees not relevant for EOS Calculation (OMEOS) feature.

The feature returns one of the following values that determines whether an employee is eligible for end-of-service (EOS) payment based on the reason for termination:

• 1 - Indicates that the employee is eligible

• 2 - Indicates that the employee is not eligible

• 3- Indicates that the employee's reason for termination is death, and hence they are eligible even though they have not completed the one year of service which makes one eligible for EOS payment

• Any other value- Generates an error in payroll
