As per the labour laws mandated by the Sultanate of Oman, employers provide leave passage to the expatriate employees and their dependent, based on certain criteria of the organization and also the Labor law of the country. The leave passage solution enables you to fulfill the following tasks:

• Generating the leave passage quotas for provision calculation

• Calculating the monthly provision for leave passage during regular payroll runs

• Claim reimbursement by employees

Using the standard SAP solution, the employees have the option to utilize leave passage in the following ways:

• Via ticket- This allows the employee to claim for air passage ticket using leave passage Quota.

• Via amount- This allows the employee to claim for air passage ticket directly in cash.

You can customize the settings for leave passage as per your requirements in using the activites available in this section.
