In this Customizing activity, you maintain the details of the quota and its corresponding wage types which holds the rates for provisioning or encashment.

  • Select New Entries
  • Specify Employee Subgroup and Personnel Subareas for time quota types.
  • Specify quota type for leave passage
  • Specify wage type that corresponds to the quota type, that the system uses for provision calculation.
  • Specify the wage type that corresponds to the quota type that the system uses for encashment.
  • Save your entries.
