PY_PAS_V_T5FDSNPAS_A - Customize ALV variants for DS summary report

The customizing activity ALV layout variantallows you to define your ALV variants for program DS summary(RPLPASF0).

SAP provides by default the ALV variant "1&SAP_ALL".

This variant is automatically used if you do not set your own variants.

Note:

Using a customized view replaces and overrides ALV variant "1&SAP_ALL".

You would like your ALV variant to display only the DS status types 09 Reduction and 11 Exemptions.

You can modify the view in order to display only these status types or to modify the validity period of each status using columns Start date and End date.

You finalize the creation of your customized view by allocating its own ID in column Layout, for example: 1&SAP_AbEx.

You maintain this ID in field Layout variantduring the parameter selection of program DS summary.

Note:

The DS statuses used in the same layout variant need to be regrouped under the same ID.
