PY_QA_PS_ABS_002 - Determine Absence Quota Entitlement as per Pay Grade

In the public sector, the quota for the same type of absence varies depending on the job grade of employees.

In this Customizing activity, you use the feature QAPBA to determine the number of a certain type of absence quota entitled to employees on different pay grade.

During the Time Evaluation, the system generates the absence quota as per the return value.

The return value represents the number of quota for the specified absence quota. For more information about how to make the settings, see Determine Base Quota Entitlement for Pay Grades (QAPBA) feature.
