In this Customizing activity, you use the feature QALEG to determine the legal compensation amount for employees injured by occupational hazards.
You set the compensation amount as the return value. By doing so, during the payroll calculation, the system reads this feature to determine the compensation amount and makes the corresponding payment to employees.
This feature takes effect when an employee has records in the Occupational Hazard QA (3307) infotype, and the treatment completion date is within the current payroll period.
