PY_QA_PS_OT_002 - Define Employee Groups for Overtime Compensation

In this Customizing activity, you use the feature QAOTG to define various employee groups for overtime compensation.

1. You use the fields in the structure PQAOT as the decision factors to define employee groups for overtime compensation.
2. To each overtime group, you assign a 4-digit code as the return value, which stands for the employee group in the system.
3. In the follow-up Customizing activity Define Overtime Limits and Wage Types, for each group, you can set up various limits applied in different scenarios, for example, maximum overtime hours in normal working day or in holidays.
